Pump Removal Tool

This tool allows you to remove the injection pump from your timing case with the engine in situ and preserve your timing belt position.

Use when fitting a boost ring or whenever you need to remove the Injection pump to put it on the bench.

This tool locks the timing into position inside the timing case, which means you dont need to do anything to the timing belt other than verify your pump timing is on re-assembly. 

By suspending the Timing gear and timing belt with this tool, your injection timing is preserved while the injection pump is off.

When rebuilding a transfer box, this essential tool is for tigtening down the stake nut which retains the bearings.

Rebuilding a transfer box can be done with most common workshop tools, this socket is the only specialist tool not usually found in the workshop and is essential for tightening the stakenut to the correct torque value, during a transfer box rebuild operation, the stakenut is torqued and removed several times to check for correct tollerances, before the final torque and the stakenut set.

Suitable for holding all common Land Rover drive shaft flanges, both transfer box output and diff input. The tool restrains the pinion flange, allowing the removal of the flange retaining nut or bolt.
