With the pin installed in conjunction with the boost ring the transformation of my 130 Defender has been amazing, With my trailor attached able to do hill starts with minimum effort compared to pre mods and a lot less smoke, highway motoring is easier as the motor is running a lot freer and can now actually give a good interpretation of being able to accelerate. EGTs are either the same or actually a few degrees less than before the pin and boost ring were installed. The jury is still out on the effects on fuel usage. Overall a excellent product and for the price a massive return on investment

Havent fitted yet as I've got a couple mods to be finished first. But was impressed with the quick postage to tasmania. Will post results once fitted to my defender 130.

Easy installation using the Youtube instructions.
I installed it together with the Fourby Boost ring and had very good result on overall power in my 200TDI engine.
I also placed the Fourby boost controller set together with the boost gauge set. I adjusted the Max Turbo pressure to 1 bar.
This is giving me exact reading of what all is doing with my engine
Hardly any smoke and much more torque.
I would recoment to upgrade the used tube quality as thsi is not what i would use myself. It may be good quality overall but looks a bit cheap so changed the delivered tubes from the set to a 1 size rubber tube for all what lloks more robust in my opinion.

Easy off the mark when cold. My 1997 disco 1 auto moves far better. Runs a bit smoother to. Waiting for boost pressure set uo and will fine tune it.I watch my egt all the time .Best thing so far for the tdi 300 for more power.Will see how it goes long term.

Easy install and exellent help from the Fourby team.
I bought the Boost Pin and Boost Ring together and it is worth paying a bit extra.. My only regrett is that i didn’t get this done long time a go.

Forget any doubts you may have,this pin changed my 300tdi beyond recognition.Less need to change down all the time,much more flexible performance especially from lower down the rev range.

Put off getting boost pin because I wasn't sure if it would make much of a difference but trust me it does if you are thinking about getting one do it you won't regret it

FAST shipping to the states where we were passing thru! Works MUCH better than twisting the original pin. The machined angle is just right & simplifies tweaking the injection pump. This Morgan Hill pin is also the real deal - not a bad copy. This is being used on a full time overland 300tdi Defender 110. No smoke & more power!!

Noticed the difference in on road performance, am yet to take offroad but does seem to have more torque.
