• 3 x 1/2″BSP spin weld fittings
• 1 x insertion tool for  use with 1/4″ collet trim router

This kit allows you to create custom positioned inlets/outlets on your water tanks.

Spin welding is an industrial technique often used in the manufacture of HDPE water tanks. The friction caused by spinning melts the parent material and the fitting creating a molten plastic which welds the two pieces together with a strong permanent water tight bond.

Plastic Water tanks are made of High-Density Polyethylene: HDPE

Spin welding is a fast and easy DIY friction welding technique creating a permanent bond between the tank and the outlet.

Some water tank plumbing setups are designed around the ports already positioned in the tank. This kit allows you to fit the water ports exactly where you need them. Cutting down on your plumbing and making for a more compact and tidy setup. Tanks without ports are typically both cheaper and available in more shapes and sizes.

Kit contains: three spin weld fittings, typically used for : Fill, Outlet and overflow/breather

1/2″ fittings are commonly used in vehicle/caravan/boat applications where the water is pumped to the outlet.
