A must install if you have tweaked your engine as running above normal exhaust temperatures is a sure way to harm a motor.

I have fitted mine to a 300tdi Soft Dash Classic Range Rover so had to mount the gauge next to the A Pillar. The Softdash on a Classic is slightly different to a Discovery's dash.

A word of warning when removing the plate on the turbo is 'be very careful'. If one of the bolts snap it can be a pain to remove. I used a little heat and they came out easy enough. I used Stainless Steel bolts just in case it needs to be removed.

For the 12V feed to the gauge I used the ignition as my source as I didn't want the gauge on constantly. On a classic this is easily accessible under the drop down panel below the steering wheel.
