4x4Mon is a stand alone engine monitor for both 12V and 24V systems. It consists of a controller + display and it uses its own sensors for all it's measurements (it does not connect to a car computer via an OBD interface). The display can be either, a small screen mounted on a dashboard, OR a Bluetooth connected Android device with a 4x4Mon App (download via Google play), OR both simultaneously. 

The same Android App is also used to configure all the sensors, alarms, relays outputs etc.

Simply swap with no other modificatons needed to the turbine or compressor housings

They give approx 10% more air than the standard turbo and spool faster due to the lighter billet aluminium wheel.

This spacer ring allows more travel on the control piston for the timing advance within the fuel pump. This allows slightly more advanced timing at higher revs, allowing the power to remain longer before it flattens out at the top end.

This means a stronger pulling engine.

We have been working with our suppliers, to bring to you a rival boost pin but with a mid range price point. 

Machined to give the same performance as the Morgan Hill pin and fully hardened to the spec of the original Bosch Pin.

This little pin drops into your fuel pump in replacement of the original.

This spacer allows the lift pump to operate in the middle of its possible travel. 

Using a 4mm spacer allows it to be fitted without interference with the high pressure diesel lines to the injectors. Precision laser cut from aluminium, with gaskets and bolts.

Lots of people have asked what the benefits are to fittng a fuel spacer. The upshot is, adding a fuel spacer will elongate the life span of the pump. 

Fuel pumps fitted to many diesel vehicles tend to snap their operating linkage, causing the vehicle to come to a stop. 

Land Rover Tdi engines can still run (in the short term) with a broken pump but will experience symptoms of the vehicle being pretty poor starting from cold and you’ll probably get fuel starvation up hills.  The pump was originally designed to have a spacer but appears to have been left out due to a cost saving exercise. 

Most people do not realise the pump is damaged until they attempt to change the fuel filter – You try to prime the fuel filter using the priming lever and nothing happens. This is because the pump is damaged. It has been operating right at the top end of its travel, causing strain. You then have to turn the engine by hand to find the one spot on the cam where the priming lever will operate.  By adding the fuel spacer, it allows the lift pump to operate in the middle of its possible travel, thus causing less strain. The priming lever should then operate regardless of the camshaft position. 

Bi Metal - Bosch VE Fuel Stop Soleniod Plunger

This Bi Metal -Bosch VE Fuel Stop Solenoid Plunger is suitable for all bosch VE pumps used in a variety of  different vehicles.

This is an aftermarket solenoid plunger with all metal contruction, tipped with a slightly softer bronze so not to damage the Iron seat of the distribution head.

The tip has been contoured to allow the maximum amount of fuel though with the least amount of restriction, Ideal if you are tuning your engine for performance.

A problem with the original plunger is the original plunger rubber breaking down and chipping away, this can damage the injection pump and clog fuel injectors.

It also leads to the fuel soleniod not working and the engine loosing its ability to shut off via the key.
